Orders are shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment with standard shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
We currently ship within Canada. We are working to offer international shipping soon! If you are located in the United States or Overseas please contact us for shipping options.
Holiday Shipping Deadline Please note that our holiday shipping deadline is Monday, December 11th, 2023. Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive by December 24th. Of course, unforeseen delays are always possible, so we recommend placing any time-sensitive orders sooner rather than later.
After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel. Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Elfrieda & Eliza and any additional shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If your order or anything in it has arrived damaged, defective or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), box, and the packaging.
Lost or damaged parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post, Fedex or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order.
Items returned to sender due to a failed delivery attempt that has surpassed the allotted days held at the carrier’s facility, improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
